Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled.
However, once your order has been delivered, you may contact our support team to initiate a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout, you are eligible for:
- A reshipment, or
- A full refund
in case your order is lost or damaged during transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
Loftora Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your billing and shipping details are correct before placing your order.
If an error is made on our end, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes once the order has been shipped.
